*Blog Post*
Today, I practiced for 30 min. the first twenty (that's right) minutes were spennt on the scales skills thing that we have to do the test on friday. I mainly worked on the first half (I shall concentrate on the other part on a later date). I did this so I could be certain that I was halfway competant on half of the exercise before I complicate matters with the other half. However, I also did do the other parts as well [scales and thirds] because I needed to work on something other than that for twenty minutes. The other ten minutes were spent on "Pirates" just because.

Pre-Kiwanis part 2
As per usual, today, I practiced for a half- hour. The fist five minutes were for a warm-up using the scale of Ab concert major and the last five minutes were spent on a cool -down with songs from the blue book (Russian Sailors' Dance, Finlandia, Habanera, etc.) I also spent fifteen minutes on "Second Suite in F" (five minutes on each part) I did that because of the fact that we have to play it in Kiwanis tomorrow. I also spent five minutes on "Rumble" because of Wednesday.

Pre-Kiwanis part 1
Today's practice consisted of five minutes. Part of which were for a five minute warm-up with the scale of g minor and a cool-down / time waste with playing "Pirates of the Caribbean" for another five minutes. The first five minutes of other time was spent on "Light Eternal", mainly because I wanted to make sure it was ready for Kiwanis on Wednesday. And the next fifteen minutes were spent on "Second Suite in F" (hey, I need play it next monday) I spent five minutes on each section of the peice and I personally feel that it had gone swimmingly.
That's it
That's it

1,2,3,4
Thirty minutes of work today comprises of a five-minute scale warm up (Eb major concert) and a five-minutes cool-down with pirates of the Carribean. The second set of five minutes were used on "The Light Eternal" (because I think that this song is a possiblility for the Key-Wanis challenge class). I mostly worked on the section that starts @ measure 156 because I can't usually get tha thing for some reason. Then I spent ten minutes on "Second Suite in F" (the first five miutes were on the first and the last movements because I have worked on those for blipping ever). The other five minutes were spent on the second movement because I don't usually work on that part by myself. and finnnally, the last five minutes left unaccounted were spent on "Rumble" (mostly to waste time).

Yesterday
Yesterday (Internet is currently out @ mt house so I'm doing this @ school), I practiced for thirty minutes. first five min. were spent on a warm-up that included chromatic scales and concert b-flat minor. The next ten minutes were spent running through all of tonight's pieces so to be sure that I was ready. After that, I worked on "Bohemian Rhapsody" for five minutes. Going good, but I should metronome it later. Then I finished off with playing "Pirates of the Caribbean"

~Blog Post~
Today, I practiced for thirty minutes. this included a five minute scale warm up at the beginning of the practice and playing "Pirates of the Caribbean" for five minutes at the end. Today's practice also included playing "Second Suite in F" for ten minutes (5 minutes on March and five minutes on Fantasia on the 'Dargason'). March went very well, now I am very confident in my abilities to play this piece for Kiwanis. Fantasia on the 'Dargason', though I am not as confident in this piece as March but I don't think that I completely screw up. After that, I worked on "Rhosymedre" for five minutes for Wednesday's concert. I also worked on "Bohemian Rhapsody" for five minutes, no huge problems,, but there are some mistakes to work out.

Today, I played for thirty minutes. consisting of a five minute scales warm-up. The next fifteen minutes were spent on "Second Suite in F" the first ten minutes in March which, except for the occasional slip-up went fairly well but I am sure I will be able to fix these mistakes within a few practices. the next five minutes were spent on Fantasia on the 'Dargason' which I am feeling fairly confident with this piece and all I really have to do here is to make sure that I am articulating correctly (which I can accomplish in my next few practices). My next five minutes were spent on running through "Rhosymedre" so it would be ready for the concert. and finally, my last five minutes were spent on a blue-book cool-down

G'day to you
Thirty minute practice today. First five minutes were spent on a chromatic and other scale warm-up. The time after that (5 min.) were spent on tomorrow's chorale (just to get it down completely. The next five minutes were spent on March (see past blogs for more information on what that means). still the odd slip, but no other problems. the net five minutes were spent on Fantasia on the 'Dargason'. I am really coming along on it. I spent most of my time on that annoying little recurring theme and I do not see much of a problem on that. the next five minutes interval was for "Rhosymedre". I practiced that because of the up-coming concert (song is going well). The rest of the time was a cool-down from the blue book.

April Fools
Toady's practice was for a duration of thirty minutes. The first five minutes were for a scales warm-up (with the scale of Eb concert). The next five minutes were dedicated to March in "Second Suite in F" because 'I won`t learn this by osmosis'. It`s going well, except for the odd mistake. The next five minutes were spent working on that coral thingy that we are suppposed to be doing in a group. Not bad, no mistakes (but that is not saying much because this is supposed to be done in a group). The fived minutes after that were for Fanstasia on the 'Dargason' with an emphasis on that annoying little recurring theme. With the exception of a note here or there, it didn't go half bad. the time after that (5 min.) were for "Bohemian Rhapsody" which seemed to me to be a total train-wreck but I plan to work on that in the future with the metronome on. the rest of the time, was spent on music in the bluebook (Russian Sailors' Dance and GreenSleeves).
